I definitely questioned my booking...
- What did you like most?The room was clean. The staff friendly. Location was good.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Deadbolt lock didn’t work. Shower water barely lukewarm although water in kitchen area was hot. A cabinet drawer in the kitchen area was broken. The drawer was kept in place with a folded napkin we inserted so we would not trip over it during the night. I addressed the cabinet and lock issue during checkout. The worst thing to happened during the stay involved getting on the elevator. A large dog had exited as we were entering the elevator. Apparently the dog had either pooped on the elevator or had rolled in poop and needed a bath. The smell was awful, nauseating awful! It was late evening so we didn’t inform the desk staff. I’m a pet lover so I don’t blame the pet for the owners lack of responsibility.
