- What did you like most?Very large room, comfortable bed, very nice minibar, nice little lobby bar with live jazz on some nights , very nice staff , very quiet room. Nice choices and quality of breakfast.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room I received was cold, as it had a heating problem , took the hotel 3 days to move to to a different room ( compensated me with a refund for only one night ) location is problematic if you are looking to spend your time in midtown, staff is very friendly but on a few cases, requests made to the lobby went unanswered and I had to call several times to remind them. Gym is new but very small and lacks basic equipment. Room has "smart" lighting system which keeps deeming in and out if your standing still which is annoying and I had to keep turning the lights back on . Smart Japanese toilet is not so smart, keeps turning itself on and flashing even if someone is not in the bathroom. All in all, a nice a hotel but rooms need to have better upkeep in terms of systems

- What did you like most?The rooms were amazing. I loved the radiant heat in the floors. The staff was very welcoming and always pleasant. The entire building smelled amazing.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The location was a bit more downtown than I normally pick, but that is clearly a me problem. I will still be back!
