- Was there anything you didn't like?3rd party site booking.com was horrible! The rep said I could not get in without my confirmation. I did not have access to my confirmation number because none was emailed to me. I had to download the app but my work phone does not allow me to download apps. So in order to get the confirmation number I needed to download the app. I ended up having to pay an extra $213.57 for a room that I did not use because I had already reserved a room for 3 days spending $446.01. I was not refunded at all when the site says I will not be charged until I get to the hotel to complete reservation. It was a nightmare
