Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Environmental fee of $80 MXN, per room, per night will be requested by the property at the check in. Please note guests will not be refunded for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out. Cancelations or changes made after check-in are subject to a penalty of 100% of the room rate. Mandatory supplement will be charged at check in for New Year's Eve dinner. All reservations during December 31st, $100.00 USD per adult and for children under 6-12 years old $50.00 USD, all reservations in All-Inclusive Plan.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. Wish I could breath in the lobby and main area bar
- What did you like most?That it is small not over crowded
- Was there anything you didn't like?The lobby has enough perfume to kill you. I guess they haven’t heard of fragrance free, I couldn’t breath and gives me a severe headache. Not sure what you are trying to hide using such amount……. Food choices very limited, 1 sit down dining room and then the buffet.
- What did you like most?It was clean and the staff was awesome! The waiters were so kind and always smiling! The grounds were well kept!
- Was there anything you didn't like?Food was good but not enough variety. The pools were cold!
