- What did you like most?Excellent location for midtown venues and connection to subway lines. Room was large by NYC norms, King bed as very comfortable and sheets changed every day. Door staff and concierges very helpful
- Was there anything you didn't like?Room decor and hotel in general was needing refreshed. The air-conditioning and heating had a mind of its own. No light in the tiny closet. The elevator security card access was a nuisance. We had 3 rooms on different floors and we could not visit each other as we could only access the floor our keys were coded for
