The perfect hotel for a...
- What did you like most?It was my second time at this hotel and I love everything about it. The room is beautiful and cozy. And all the receptionists are very friendly and ready to help. Already did my booking for the next year

- What did you like most?I found the staff very friendly from the time you walk in the door and all throughout the stay. Texting with staff was also very helpful to ask questions since I was there for a work conference and didn't have much time to stop at the desk in the morning. The room was incredibly spacious and the facilities (gym and pool) were well equipped. We were happy to be in the back of the building, though the view was not great, it was so silent and peaceful at night!
- Was there anything you didn't like?My only issue was that 1 out of 3 elevators was working during our 5 night stay and in the morning the cart would fill up with people. Waiting for the elevator was a bit annoying during morning rush. A second elevator opened up closer to the SXSW festival so I assumed they open all elevators when occupancy is full.
