Amazing stay from the moment...
- What did you like most?Our stay at One King West Hotel & Residence was a really great experience from beginning to end. The convenience started right away with valet service at the door, always a small detail that makes a big difference and we were able to check in early, which was a huge plus. We had multiple rooms on the same floor, which made everything feel easy and seamless for our group. One of the rooms even had a washing machine, which honestly caught us by surprise (in a good way). We didn’t end up using it but it’s such a thoughtful feature, especially for longer stays. The in room products were another standout. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion all felt like they came from a high end luxury brand and smelled amazing, definitely one of those little touches that elevates the whole experience. Overall, the staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. Between the service, comfort and thoughtful details, we’d absolutely recommend One King West and would gladly stay again.
