It felt like we were at a daycare center with kids running around everywhere and being loud
- What did you like most?The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean
- Was there anything you didn't like?We actually booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and wasn’t able to use it because there were so many kids there just being extremely loud up until it closed at 10pm. We were going to get in around 5:30 and thought maybe it was just a birthday party. We went back around 9:30 to see if we could get in maybe the last 30 mins but there was still about 10 or more kids and several parents in there. It was so crowded and they were so loud we could hear them from our room. The parents didn’t seem to care that other people were there to relax and it was somewhat disrespectful. They were yelling and running around even in the hall until a little past 10pm so we never got to enjoy getting in to relax. Everything else about the hotel was great we were just disappointed at the noise level from the kids and their parents and the fact that there was no time for anyone else to enjoy the pool. My husband and I raise our grandchildren and only get away maybe twice a year and it was just disappointing that we didn’t get to use the pool or get to relax as we had hoped to.
