- Was there anything you didn't like?They never responded to my email about correct dates, didn't have my reservation, took 30 minutes to get everything straight, and then rebooted and checked in. In the first room, the refrigerator leaked all over the floor and the phone didn't work. I had to walk up to the office and they gave me another room. The floors were dirty, the tub had purple stuff in it and on the floor, and the toilet paper holder was broken. As of now, they are still trying to double charge me. The residents were loud at 3 am Monday morning for over 2 hours. This is a booking.no!
