- Was there anything you didn't like?Hot tub broken. Hotel room was dirty, tub was falling apart with mold seen on handle. Floor was pretty stained and felt dirty

- What did you like most?We have been staying couple times here. It very nice hotel, but to be honest this time we have been little disappointed...
- Was there anything you didn't like?TV didn't work, when I asked for help they told I need to wait until 12pm noon, when was basically my checkout. There wasn't space at all in breakfast room, because it was too busy. We have been waiting for 10 minutes with my wife and then just decided to go out.
