The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Property will provide a receipt for all credit card pre-authorizations at the time of check-in. The entrance to this hotel is located on 20th Street. Two levels of underground parking. Please note that hotel is undergoing renovations until February 28 2026. - What did you like most?Location. Room was comfortable.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Amenities. “Breakfast” in the lobby is terrible. Staff was unhelpful. Twice I ordered food delivered. They do not allow delivery services to deliver to the room. Deliveries must be left at the front desk. Yet, on neither occasion did they call me in the room to advise me that the order had been delivered. The first time, after realizing the order was late, I went on the delivery service website and discovered it had been delivered 14 minutes earlier. It was cold by the time I went down and got it.
